Competitive Compensation: W2 Employee paid every two weeks, at a license based hourly rate; incentivized hourly rates based on number of clients weekly

Medical Insurance Stipend: Available with a minimum of 15 weekly sessions.

Paid Time Off: Accrue 1 hour for every 25 worked, up to 40 hours every 12 months; if unused, paid out annually.

AI Progress Notes Software: Access to HIPPA compliant, health insurance approved platform with a minimum of 15 weekly sessions.

Billing Services: We manage billing for both insurance and private pay clients.

Administrative & Marketing Support: Health insurance paneling, new client onboarding, business cards, client referrals, Psychology Today profile, etc.

What will you bring?

Insurance: Individual liability insurance optional; Garden Health Group provides practice insurance.

Clients: If you see 15 or more pre-existing clients weekly, employee medical reimbursement
payments begin immediately. If you see 10 or more pre-existing clients weekly,
AI Progress Notes and Treatment Plans begin immediately.

Technology: Computer and cell phone for paperwork & communication.

Google Docs: Ability to work on shared spreadsheets to track engagement.
Garden Health Group's physical location opens June 1, 2025. Immediate employment available
via virtual client sessions. You may choose to expand to seeing clients in person, remain fully virtual,
or adopt a hybrid schedule when our doors open. Preference will be given to those who can supervise.
